1. These terms
By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. Please read them with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) and include any charges shown at checkout. Delivery charges and any cash on delivery handling fee are shown separately before you confirm.
Prices on the website may change. The price that applies to your order is the price calculated by our server at the moment you place it, and it is saved with the order.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders before dispatch, usually by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a delivery address is outside our delivery area, if a price or stock error has occurred, or if we cannot verify the order.
Stock is reserved for your order when you place it, so another customer cannot be sold the same units.
4. Payment
An order is only treated as paid when payment has actually been received and verified.
- Cash on delivery is settled with the courier at delivery.
- Bank transfer requires you to transfer the amount and send us the receipt. Uploading a receipt does not confirm payment: our team verifies that the funds arrived before the order is dispatched.
- Online payments, where enabled, are confirmed by the payment provider.
5. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Dried foods vary naturally in colour, size and texture between batches, and photographs are illustrative.
We make no claim that a product is organic, certified, medically beneficial or approved by any authority unless that claim is published explicitly on the product page by the store owner.
6. Food safety and allergens
Please read our food safety and storage page and the information on each product page. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and sesame. You are responsible for checking the suitability of a product for your own health needs.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
9. Wholesale
Wholesale pricing applies only to accounts we have approved. Submitting a wholesale enquiry does not create an account or entitle you to wholesale prices. Where a quotation records specific terms, those terms govern that order.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
