Who we supply
We supply restaurants and cafés, hotel and catering kitchens, retail shops, online resellers and distributors.
What approval involves
We look at the products and pack sizes you need, the volumes you expect, and how often you plan to order. Approved accounts are placed on a pricing tier and given a minimum order quantity. Nothing is approved automatically.
Quotations
Approved customers receive a written quotation with per-unit prices, minimum quantities, a validity date and the agreed delivery and payment terms. A quotation can be converted into an order by our team.
Packaging
Bulk supply is normally in 500 g pouches or in cartons. If you need different packaging, tell us in your enquiry.
Food safety documentation
If your own compliance process needs documentation from us, ask in your enquiry and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot provide. We will not claim certifications we do not hold.
